The time seen in Hello Audio is the local time based on the computer.

Let's say you have an assistant in New York, and you're in Los Angeles. If your assistant schedules an episode to go out at noon their time in NY, it will go out at 9am LA time.

Your assistant will see the time as noon while they're logged in. When you log in, you'll see the time as 9am for the same episode.

The nitty gritty: On the backend we convert everything to UTC in the system, then check your computer's timezone to determine what to show on the site. You can change your computer's timezone to see how someone else would see the scheduling.
