Reactivating Your Hello Audio Account
Updated this week

If you canceled your Hello Audio account but would like to reinstate it, you can do so by logging in at https://app.helloaudio.fm/ with your previous credentials.

You can click Forgot Password to have a link sent to your account email address. If you're still having trouble logging in, email us at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted!

Once you log in, you'll be asked to choose your paid plan. Select the plan and complete the purchase and your account will be reactivated.

You'll find all previous feeds and content intact, but in an archived status.

You can publish feeds you'd like to reactive. Listeners who had access before will immediately have access again.

If you'd rather start fresh with the same content but without the listeners, you can duplicate the archived feed, then publish. No listeners will have access to the duplicated feed. Note that archived feeds don't count against your feed limit of your account. e.g. a Pro plan is limited to 3 published private feeds.

Flip the switch to publish archived feeds, or duplicate the feed to start fresh without listeners in the feed.

Fine print: There are no trials for previous account holders, and you'll be required to pay the current price of plans which you'll see at the time of reactivation. Discounts end when an account stops their subscription, which means any previous promotional prices will not be available with the reactivated plan.

We reserve the right to remove content from canceled accounts at any time.
