Managing Listeners Across Your Hello Audio Account with the My Listeners Page

You can find all listeners from all feeds in the "My Listeners" area of your account at https://app.helloaudio.fm/listeners

This page will show every listener alphabetically by email address. You can sort by other listener contact information like first or last name, phone number, or tags.

Use the search bars to find specific listeners.

Note: We don't currently allow communication via SMS with the phone number, but likely will in the future and wanted a place to store that information for when the time comes.

Click on a listener's email address to change contact information, tags, available feeds, and view an event log of all actions related to them.

Note: Changing their email address in the My Listener area changes it across all feeds they're a part of.

You can export a CSV list of all your listeners. 

And you can bulk import/update listeners via CSV.
