Stripe Connect Troubleshooting

Stripe often requires you to agree to additional terms after initially setting up your account. If you're receiving "Payment did not go through" even with valid payments, or an error when saving a pricing option, you may need to visit https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/status

This link will show any tasks required to be completed by you. It may show that your Stripe account is restricted until completing these tasks. The image below is the Stripe dashboard for completing tasks.

Once completed, you should be able to set prices and collect payment as expected.
