This private podcast series gives you an audio-first introduction to our platform. Instead of watching screen recordings or reading lengthy guides, you can learn about Hello Audio while driving, walking, or doing other tasks...exactly how your audience will consume your content.

Plus, if you've never experienced a private podcast feed before, this gives you the complete listener journey firsthand. You'll understand exactly what your audience experiences when they receive a feed link, how easy it is to add to their podcast app, and why this format feels so much more intimate and engaging than traditional content delivery.

So, Why Did We Make This a Universal Feed?

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our decision-making process. We always want to demonstrate how to think strategically about your own feeds.

We could have made you enter your email to access this onboarding series. That would give us lead capture and let us demonstrate the personalized feed experience. But we chose a universal feed instead.

Here's why:

Friction kills consumption - When someone needs help, the last thing they want is another signup form

Help content should be helpful first - Our priority is getting you the information you need, not capturing your email

It demonstrates our core promise - Audio that's actually easy to consume

It aligns with our values - "Easy for them, easy for you"

But here's the thing...we almost never use universal feeds. We're obsessed with data and love seeing who's listening and for how long! Most of our feeds use unique, personalized links because we want to track engagement, trigger follow-up sequences, and understand our audience's behavior. We're total data nerds when it comes to our own content.

We love showing you how we use our own product throughout your Hello Audio journey. This decision between universal and personalized feeds is exactly the kind of strategic thinking you'll use with your own content. Sometimes removing all friction is the right choice. Sometimes personalization and tracking are more important. The key is matching your feed type to your specific goal.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

I can't find the podcast in my app

Try copying and pasting the RSS feed URL directly into your podcast app's "add by URL" feature. Each app handles feeds slightly differently.

I'm not seeing all episodes

Feeds sometimes take a few minutes to fully populate in podcast apps. Try refreshing your feed or closing and reopening your podcast app.

I'm getting an "invalid feed" error

This usually happens when the feed URL is pasted into a search bar instead of clicking the original link. Try clicking the universal link again and following the prompts to open it in your preferred podcast app. For step-by-step troubleshooting, check out our Universal Links Doc.

The link isn't working

Make sure you're clicking the link rather than copying and pasting it. If you're still having trouble, try opening it in a different browser or clearing your browser cache. Our Universal Links Doc has additional troubleshooting steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the onboarding series?

It's 37 minutes total across 9 episodes. You can listen at your own pace...binge it all at once or spread it across several days.

Who is this onboarding podcast for?

Anyone new to Hello Audio or considering our platform. Whether you're a course creator, coach, consultant, or content expert, this series covers the fundamentals plus advanced strategies you need.

What will I learn that I can't get from written tutorials?

You'll hear the "why" behind our features, real creator success stories (including specific revenue numbers), and strategic thinking about how audio fits into your business. Plus, you experience firsthand how private podcasting feels as a listener.

Why don't I need to sign up to access this?

We made this a universal feed to remove all friction from getting help. When you create your own feeds, you'll choose between universal and personalized links based on your specific goals—we explain this decision-making process in the series itself.

Can I share this with my team or colleagues?

Absolutely! Since it's a universal feed, anyone can access it with the same link. Share away.

Will this teach me technical setup details?

Yes. Episode 3 walks through the exact 3-step process to create your first feed, and Episode 7 covers common listener questions you'll encounter. But it's presented in an encouraging, non-technical way.

What's the difference between this and a personalized feed?

This universal feed gives everyone the same experience and content. Personalized feeds let you customize content, track individual listening behavior, and trigger automations based on what each person does. You'll learn about both approaches in the series.
