Tips or FAQ

Q: How long does it take for cover art changes to appear for listeners?

A: The feed is updated immediately, but some apps may take a day or two to reflect the change. Listeners can often drag down in their podcast app to manually refresh the feed, which should grab the most recent image.

Q: Can I change my preset image multiple times?

A: Yes! You can switch between preset images or upload your own custom image whenever you want through the Feed Details section.

Q: Will changing my image affect my existing subscribers?

A: Your image change will appear in your listeners' podcast apps, but it won't disrupt their access to your content or episodes.

Q: What image dimensions work best for cover art?

A: Podcast cover art should be square (1:1 aspect ratio) and at least 1400x1400 pixels for optimal display across all platforms.

Pro Tip: Right-click, Save Image... from within your Hello Audio account if you'd like to use the image in instructional material for your listeners, that way they see what it looks like to subscribe to your podcast feed.
