Your listeners are telling you a lot every time they activate a subscription, finish an episode, or build up a high Super Listener Score, but none of that shows up in FG Funnels unless you build the bridge yourself.
Hello Audio's My Actions feature can send that activity straight to FG Funnels as a webhook, so you can update contacts, tag them, or trigger follow-up automations based on real listening behavior.

This takes about 10 minutes, and then FG Funnels stays updated automatically every time a listener takes action.
Choosing Your Trigger
My Actions can fire on a few different kinds of listener behavior:
Activate Subscription: someone subscribes to a feed in their podcast app for the first time
Download a Specific Episode: someone accesses a particular episode
Reach a Super Listener Score threshold: someone's engagement score crosses a number you set, like 90 out of 100
Pick whichever one matches what you want FG Funnels to know about.
Step 1: Start the Trigger in Hello Audio
Head to My Actions on the left side of your Hello Audio account.
Choose your trigger, then the specific feed it applies to. For this walkthrough, the trigger is Activate Subscription on a specific feed, so it fires when someone subscribes using their unique link.
For the action, select Post to FG Funnels. You'll see a box asking for a link from FG Funnels, which you don't have yet. Leave this tab open and head to FG Funnels for the next step.
Step 2: Create an Inbound Webhook in FG Funnels
In FG Funnels, go to Automations → Workflows, then Create a workflow from scratch.
Click the new trigger box at the top, then search for Webhook and choose Inbound Webhook. Click Copy to grab that link, this is what Hello Audio will send data to.
Step 3: Connect the Two Accounts
Back in Hello Audio, paste the FG Funnels webhook link into the box from Step 1 and save the action. It shows up in your My Actions list, usually at the bottom.
Go ahead and test it. Hello Audio submits a test event, and it typically takes about a minute for FG Funnels to receive it. If nothing's shown up yet, give it another moment before checking again.
Step 4: Read the Test Data in FG Funnels
Once the test request arrives, open it in FG Funnels to see what got sent. Most of the payload is technical metadata from FG Funnels' own webhook service, but two fields matter:
{{inboundWebhookRequest.listener}}= the listener's email address{{inbound_webhook_request.feed}}= the title of the feed they subscribed to
Click Save Trigger once you've confirmed the test data looks right.
Step 5: Map the Data to a Contact
Saving the trigger automatically adds a Create or Update Contact step. Click Add field, select Email, then click the tag icon to pull in {{inboundWebhookRequest.listener}} from the trigger.
Add any other fields you want. For example, a custom field like Feed Subscribed can pull in {{inboundWebhookRequest.feed}} so you know which feed someone joined.
Save the action, then Publish the workflow.
What Happens Next
From here, the flow runs on its own: you add a listener, they get an email, they subscribe in a podcast app, and FG Funnels updates that contact with their email and feed title. From there you can watch for that field to change, tag people, send emails, or build whatever automation makes sense for your funnel.
